We have been in business for over 10 years, with numerous users. The program is simply a macro enabled workbook, with custom excel macros automating tedious processes. If we compile the file to an .exe we have sometimes seen antivirus false positives as they do not recognize the file, in which case you can allow the file through your antivirus. We are not aware of any viruses in the file, and we are constantly testing things to keep it as secure as possible.

It depends. If you pick up the program right away, there are no sign-up fees. If you need custom updates for your needs or more complicated training, there may be small update and training fees. We try to keep these to a minimum and eliminate it where possible.

In the very beginning, we try to dedicate all the time you need to get you set up and running. We start with a training session on the phone. If you are comfortable sharing your screen that makes it quicker, if not we can still try and get you up and running.

If you are trying to generate your InDesign file at press time and encounter an emergency, please call us. In most cases we can help right away. For other issues you can always email us, and we try to respond in a very timely manner.

Please email or call us to get started. Each newspaper has unique sizes that we need to set up for you. We also recommend that you share your screen with us for installation and training. You can use anydesk, google meet, google remote desktop or zoom. With zoom or google meet, you can choose to only share the microsoft excel window and nothing else, if you feel more comfortable that way. You can also choose if you want to give mouse control to us [recommended for a quicker installation] or not.
